Criteria for Membership of the PBAAA

Applicants to be nominated by member and complete application form.
Membership committee of three (3) to make decision on appointment of a new member, with casting vote resting with the president.
Applicants must be fully licensed real estate agents in the state they operate within.
Applicants must have a minimum two years experience as a buyer's agent.
Applicants must have minimum 5 years property or related industry experience.
Applicants must be an exclusive buyer's agency.
Applicants must provide full disclosure of any prior offences.Applicants must hold professional indemnity Insurance.
